	Aaron Pomare-Edwards Consultant Aaron joined the team at Terotek in April 2010 following a role as a flight deck specialist on a major avionics system upgrade project. He has: Significant experience in aviation as an Avionics Technician; Technical trade experience in: aircraft and component servicing, supervision, technical writing and flight-line management; Training development and delivery experience. Experience in SAP PM implimentation. Aaron and his wife enjoy the Canterbury lifestyle, where they are raising their family of three boys.

Resume	Barry Moore Consultant Barry came to Terotek in 2007. This followed a role as the Training Team Lead of an SAP project that implemented common maintenance, engineering, configuration management and logistics processes across three business units with vastly differing asset bases. He is a qualified Aircraft Technician, and brings to Terotek: Experience as a: maintainer; flight line co-ordinator; supervisor; and fleet planner; Practical experience of aeronautical processes; Training design, development and delivery experience; Training evaluation experience. Barry is married to Paula and lives in Marlborough on their lifestyle block where they produce olive oil and foster a selection of animals. They have two lovely adult children.

Resume	Chris Buchanan Consultant / Director Chris founded Terotek in 2004, intent on providing Terotechnology services. He has: Significant experience operating in the broad field of Logistics but more specifically in Support Engineering,Maintenance Management, Project Management, and Asset Management; Significant applied SAP experience in these environments; Designed, developed and trained courses in the above areas; Experience in business process engineering; and Experience of three implementations of computerised maintenance management systems; Contempt for waste, and a passion for its reduction through more effective asset management. Pastimes include: family activities, fishing, golf, diving and skiing. Chris is married to Siobhan and lives in Christchurch where they raise their four children.

Resume	Deane Baunton Consultant Deane joined Terotek in 2008. He has a strong Engineering and technical training background and expertise in SAP. Like Barry he is also a qualified Aircraft Technician, and has: Significant SAP Training, Master Data Management and Help Desk experience; Training design, development and delivery experience; Practical experience of aeronautical and engineering processes following a 22 year career in the Royal NewZealand Air Force as an aircraft technician. Roles included aircraft and component maintenance,supervision, technical illustration and drafting, project management, training design and delivery. Deane is married to Karyn. They have two children and live in Marlborough. Deane enjoys a variety of recreational activities including jogging to keep fit and a cold beer and BBQ with friends on a sunny Marlborough day.

Resume	Nick Cook IT Architect & Director Nick has contracted his services in the Information Technology and Engineering field since 2001. He has: Experience of SAP system Plant Maintenance and Project Systems implementation in Business Analyst role. Developed and managed business process mapping and documentation tools in support of implementation Projects. Delivered SAP PM and PS Training. Development and delivery of applications to support various Engineering management processes. In a previous life, over 20 years as an Engineer in the Royal New Zealand Navy. Job roles ranging from Plant Operation & Maintenance Management. Maintenance Management software implementation. Various roles with responsibility for maintenance planning & logistic support elements. Interests include sailing, windsurfing and golf.

	Paul Hansen Manager Client Services Paul joined Terotek in 2010 after returning to New Zealand from a three year work assignment in Canada. There he filled the role of Technical Support Manager, Light Armoured Vehicles for the Canadian Forces. He has: Significant experience in Asset Management including Maintenance and Maintenance Management, SupportEngineering, Integrated Logistics Support and Asset Life Cycle Management; Experience in Defence, Resources, and Consulting industries; Significant ERP experience including Mincom Ellipse, MPAC, and SAP; Experience of two SAP implementations in the roles of expert user and Business Analyst, specificallygaining experience in Plant Maintenance, Project Systems and Investment Management modules; A strong trade background in the areas of Electrical Fitting, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and Bio-Medical Technology; and Designed, developed and delivered training for the above trade areas as well as SAP and for a range ofBusiness Processes. Paul is married and enjoys family activities with his wife and two sons.
