The purpose of Training Development is to develop training materials for use during training delivery.

Our templates enhance both quality and speed of production of a range of training resources, including material for websites, simulations, lesson plans, and presentations.

Resources developed for training are part of a production process, and most are updateable.Those that aren’t, are quickly able to be regenerated.

Development of training material includes:

• Training material, handouts etc.

• Lesson plans

• Creation of any demonstrations needed

• Creation of additional presentation material

• Tests

The desired end state is material for specified training objectives, developed and ready for packaging as part of training delivery.
