The purpose of Business Process Mapping is to provide a standard reference for communicating the conduct of business processes in the attainment of organisational objectives.

Business Process Mapping comprises of process mapping, benefits consideration, consideration of the business rules, and use of enabling mechanisms.

  • Conducing processes in a repeatable manner.

• This component of the value chain is leveraged in training design, and during training development where process data is reused to develop training material.
